GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS – XPLORE IBIZA MAGAZINE

APPLICABILITY
These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, advertising placements, collaborations, and services provided by Xplore Ibiza Magazine.

FORMATION OF AGREEMENT
An agreement is concluded upon written confirmation by e-mail, WhatsApp, or signed quotation/order confirmation by the client.

ADVERTISEMENT SPACE RESERVATION
Once confirmed, advertising space is definitively reserved for the client. Xplore Ibiza Magazine reserves the right to refuse requests that do not fit the image, vision, or content of the magazine.

CONTENT DELIVERY
The client is responsible for the timely and correct delivery of texts, photographs, logos, and advertisement specifications before the communicated deadline.

If materials are not delivered on time, Xplore Ibiza Magazine reserves the right to:

invoice the advertisement regardless;
use previously supplied materials;
or decline publication without refund.

CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT
In the event of cancellation or postponement of a booked advertisement within 30 days before the deadline, 50% of the agreed amount will be charged.

In the event of cancellation or modification within 14 days before the deadline, 100% of the agreed amount will be invoiced.

Postponement to a future edition is only possible upon written approval and subject to availability.

PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing.

In the event of late payment, Xplore Ibiza Magazine reserves the right to:

charge statutory interest;
suspend future placements;
charge collection costs.

PRICES & VAT
All prices mentioned are excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.

For valid intra-community VAT numbers, VAT may be reverse charged in accordance with European regulations.

LIABILITY
Xplore Ibiza Magazine is not liable for:

printing errors supplied by the client;
colour deviations;
indirect damages;
disappointing commercial results;
delays caused by third parties, printing companies, or distribution partners.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
The client guarantees that all supplied text and visual materials are free of third-party rights.

Xplore Ibiza Magazine reserves the right to use published materials for promotional purposes, social media, website, and portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
